“Stock Controller”
-: Main duties
· Monitoring the daily and monthly transaction for all inventory movement.
· Review inventory costing, maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
· Reconcile the discrepancies between vendors invoices, PO’s and stock receipt.
· Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
· Review & control coding and grouping inventory items.
· Conduct inventory control audits, variance analysis and physical inventory count reconciliations.
· Review and resolve issues with inventory transfer orders.
· Review the cost allocation per project of the material.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
· 3-5 years’ experience same job, or related position, field of Experience in IT or contracting is required.
· Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP will be preferable.
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Accurate and precise attention to detail
· Field of Experience: Contracting is a MUST
· Must be results-oriented, able to manage timelines and proactively communicate

“SAP Production Planning Consultant”
-: Main duties
· Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP.
· Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
· Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
· Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
· Design, customize, configure and testing of PP.
· Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
· Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
· Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
Qualifications:
· Min 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
· Knowledge of SAP maintenance tools. Able to competently handle a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office products
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal communications skills, written and verbal.
